Sean
In 2023, I obtained my license after completing the massage therapy program at Dorsey College. Through my academic experience and years of practice, I’ve become passionate about finding harmony between therapeutic bodywork and the comfort of flow. This has left me with a unique style focused on the balance between health and connection.
This particularly comes through during my deep tissue sessions. “Deep tissue” doesn’t mean providing the most crushing pressure I can muster; it means visualizing layers of tissue as I massage, accessing deeper muscles in ways that provide release without triggering the body’s response to aggressive methods- leaving my clients with physical and mental relief. A few of my modalities include trigger point therapy, broad-based pressure, stretching and energy work.
Overall, my professional goal is to facilitate a truly therapeutic experience for those who step through the door and onto my table. To do so, I also am pursuing continued education in techniques such as restorative stretching and myofascial therapy which will allow me to expand my work into specialized head and neck treatments.
Outside of work, my goals include songwriting in my home studio, strength training and maintaining healthy relationships with my friends and family. Fitness is especially notable because the therapeutic effects of being active motivate me to assist others as they escape their own limitations of movement.
Modalities: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Stretching, Myofascial Release
